Style News: Hermes Designs Bands For The Apple Watch

Last week, it was announced that Apple will be partnering with luxury fashion brand Hermes to produce a range of leather bands, which will be available in a double loop, single loop, and a wider cuff.

“When we created the Apple Watch, we knew we had to be an expression of your personal taste and style,” Jeff Williams, Apple’s senior vice president of operations, said in announcing the Apple Watch Hermès, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The double loop Hermes Apple watch will be priced at  $1,250, the single loop will cost between $1,100 and $1,150, an the wider cuff will be around $1,500. The bands will be available at select Apple stores, Hermes locations, and department stores in October. It will also be availabe in 14 countries including the U.S., China, France, and Switzerland.

On Wednesday, apple announced the upcoming release of the gold and rose version of its Sport watch and new Sport bands, which will be available in pastel tones.

The tech company also revelaed new versions of the iPhone, iPad, and apple TV.
