Over the next few months its going to be more important than usual to keep hydrated. The sun will be beaming down on you, causing us to lose our water to the surroundings, leaving you light headed and woozy, which is never a good thing. If you’re anything like me, drinking water is a chore and I do my best to avoid it and have other drinks instead. However, unfortunately they don’t keep me hydrated enough. I have found that I love flavoured waters, however they are always made with sparkling water or too expensive. Just recently I came across the current trend of infusing water and now I can’t stop!
